The San Diego Culinary Institute is a school of the professional culinary arts offering two programs of study: the Commis Program
, which prepares students with foundation in the techniques of the world’s major cuisines, and the Boulangerie et Patisserie
Program, which prepares students in the arts of baking, bread-making, and pastries.
The application process is rigorous and only those students with a passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to invest in their study are accepted. As a result, every student is assured of a quality education, surrounded by students with an equal commitment to their future.
