San Diego Culinary Institute

The San Diego Culinary Institute is a school of the professional culinary arts offering two programs of study: the Commis Program, which prepares students with foundation in the techniques of the world’s major cuisines, and the Boulangerie et Patisserie Program, which prepares students in the arts of baking, bread-making, and pastries.

The application process is rigorous and only those students with a passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to invest in their study are accepted. As a result, every student is assured of a quality education, surrounded by students with an equal commitment to their future.
